If I could give 10 stars I would. This was a seamless process in the midst of our move in chaos. The blinds are beautiful and the installation was clean. From initial choice of shades and measurements through installation Gotcha Covered was professional. Later when an adjustment to one large shade was needed, they repaired it and then took the initiative to contact me when they thought it should be replaced. All of this was done in a timely manner.
