I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Gotcha Covered (Tom Clapham). He showed up at all appointments on time, was prompt in his responses to my emails/texts, and is knowledgeable of the product lines he carries.

I have worked with Tom and Gotcha Covered on multiple occasions, both as a customer myself, and in conjunction with my business. They are such a top-notch company on every level. Providing only the best products and the highest quality service. Tom is quick to respond to any questions and even went so far as to forward me technical information from the manufacturer. As a business owner myself I know it's not always about price but about value, and you cannot go wrong spending your dollars with Tom at Gotcha Covered!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. This was a seamless process in the midst of our move in chaos. The blinds are beautiful and the installation was clean. This was for our brand new office and the motorized shades in our conference room gave it an even more professional look. Thank you to Tom and his team for such an awesome job!

Working with Tom and his team has been an easy and enjoyable process. Kind and knowledgeable, Tom made each step of the process, from choosing the type of window treatment up through installation (with the very skilled Chuck!), headache-free. So glad I made this call after getting the mailer in my mailbox - I’m really happy with my bedroom blinds!

From initial choice of shades and measurements through installation Gotcha Covered was professional. Later when an adjustment to one large shade was needed, they repaired it and then took the initiative to contact me when they thought it should be replaced. All of this was done in a timely manner. I’ve recommended them to my neighbors and good friends.
